Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:
• Cancellations must be made by email to your email address.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days prior.
• No refund for cancellations within 2 days of the event/service.

Cancellation by CTRL ALT ADVENTURE:
• If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

Refund Timeframe:
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.
